When we're constantly thinking, we're stuck in our own heads. We miss out on the present moment and the connections between ourselves and everything around us. This can make us feel isolated and disconnected from the world.

A good way to overcome this is to end the constant loop of thought by shifting your attention away from your inner dialogue and focus instead on the stillness that is always within you.
